Workouts That Will Make You More Attractive to Colombian Women
You’ve probably heard that Colombian women are incredibly beautiful. And that’s part of the reason you’re so interested in dating one. The women in Colombia are known for being incredibly attractive, but why is that so? Is there something in the water that makes everyone stunningly gorgeous?
Given that, you want to look like you deserve such a woman as well. Yes, being a great guy with a pleasing personality should be more than enough to attract a quality woman. But when you begin to work out and really take care of your body, the overall benefits cannot be understated.
Latina women in general are blessed with fantastic body proportions, making them the envy of other women from around the world. The good news for you is that you don’t necessarily have to have blessed genetics to look like you can keep up. You can work out, gain muscle, and improve your physique.
Ideally want a woman who will look past your looks. But being conventionally attractive will increase your chances of attracting a woman’s attention.
So what if you don’t inherit good genetics? What if fate didn’t deal you a hand that makes being conventionally attractive effortless for you? Worry not, because there are a few exercises that can help make you more attractive to Colombian women.
Do You Even Lift Bro? Having Visibly Built Forearms
Do you know what’s attractive to women? It’s when a man wears a long-sleeved shirt and rolls up those sleeves, exposing his forearms. But that’s mostly appealing when a man’s forearms are well-toned. So how do you tone a forearm? Can you even do so when working out?
If you don’t have weights, then you can use your bodyweight to tone your forearms. Pull-ups will tone not only your back, shoulders, and upper arms, but also your forearms as well. If pull-ups aren’t exactly your thing, then just hang there with your elbows slightly bent. That’ll help tone your arms and shoulders and help get you a few eager glances when you roll your sleeves up.
Work Your Shoulders for that Masculine Look
Another body part that women just love are shoulders. Studies show that women are attracted to muscular shoulders. Why? Because big, broad shoulders signal masculine strength and Colombian women love a man who’s got masculine strength in spades.
So you’re going to want to make sure you pay attention to your shoulders when working out and there are a few exercises that help get you the kind of shoulders women will want to rest their heads on.
-
Lateral Raise - The first exercise you’ll want to try out is the lateral raise. This is a fairly simple exercise to do. Simply take your dumbbell, grip it tightly, and raise your arm sideways. Do it with one hand at a time or with both arms concurrently.
The slower you go with the exercise, the more it’ll hurt. You might start to feel a burning in your shoulder. That’s good. You want the burn. The burn means that your muscle is breaking down and rebuilding itself into something stronger. Don’t be tempted to go too fast with this exercise. Take it slow and steady. Feel the burn. Embrace the burn.
-
Shrugs - If you find that a lateral raise isn’t your thing, then shrugs might be for you. This is another simple exercise. All you have to do is to grip your preferred weight in each hand with your palms facing inward and then raise your shoulders as high as you can before you drop them back down. You’re shrugging, hence the name, a gesture that everyone in their life has done. The only difference now is that you’re adding resistance so as to build and tone muscle.
-
Kettlebell Single-Arm Press - You do this by holding a kettlebell so that it’s parallel to your body. Then you extend your arm to its fullest extent, twisting your wrist slightly so that the kettlebell goes from parallel to perpendicular.
Working Out Your Lower Body for Strength
Do you even lift? Well if you do, then you know not to skip leg day. Why is this important? Okay, imagine you go to Colombia. You’ve got toned forearms and muscular shoulders.
Then you put on a pair of shorts to go to one of Colombia’s beautiful beaches and your legs look like you stole them from a chicken. It’s going to look asymmetrical if you’ve got a toned upper body and you’re walking around on stilts covered in flesh.
So, don’t skip leg day. That said, what are you going to do on leg day?
-
Goblet squats - Take your dumbbell and hold it by one end with both hands with the other end facing the floor. With your feet placed wider than your shoulders, you bend your knees and stick your backside out. When you’ve gone down as far as you can, you pop back up and do it again.
Not only will this exercise tone your legs, but it’ll also tone your backside. Why is that important?
Because you’ve probably looked at a woman’s backside appreciatively at least once in your life. Be honest and don’t deny it. As long as you’re not making anyone feel uncomfortable about it, it’s fine. But guess what? Women are looking at mens’ backsides too and if you want them to look at yours and like what they see, you’ll want to tone your backside.
-
Farmer’s carry - Another simple, but effective exercise that you can do is the farmer’s carry. Simply take a dumbbell in each hand and keep them by your side. Then take some short, quick steps. Then turn around and repeat yourself.
While the farmer’s carry may seem simple enough, it exercises everything from deltoids to hamstrings. You should, however, keep your body as rigid as you would if you were doing a plank. This means minimal upper body movement on your part. Walk with your heel first, followed by your toes, and stand as tall as you can.
-
Sumo squat - Widen your feet, make sure they’re wider than your shoulders are broad, and hold your barbell across your shoulders. Push your backside out, do not arch your back, and bend your knees. Once your thighs are parallel to the floor, push your heels into the floor to push yourself back up to your starting position.
-
Incline treadmill sprint - Step on the treadmill and turn up the speed until you’re sprinting. While you’re doing so, increase the incline of the treadmill and keep sprinting for however long you need. This can be a great way to cool down after a full workout while also continuing to develop your lower body.
Another benefit to these short bursts of intense cardio? Increased endurance.
Cardio
Speaking of your endurance, you may find yourself in a situation where you need out. You can lift and tone your muscles all you want, but there are certain situations where you need cardiovascular endurance, especially if you’re able to play your cards right with Colombian women.
-
Walking - The most effective cardiovascular exercise is walking. Jogging, biking, and others are more intense but that intensity is a double-edged sword. Because of how intense they are, people either don’t do them consistently or they give up after doing it a few times.
Walking, by contrast, is relatively easy. You can do it every single day without putting a strain on your muscles. While you won’t build endurance as quickly as you would with a more intense exercise, you’re more likely to be consistent with walking as opposed to the more intense exercises.
-
Swimming - As an exercise, swimming has a lot of benefits and among them is that it strengthens the heart and lungs. However, being in the water also means that there’s less of a strain on the body, so it’s perfect for people with injuries or conditions such as arthritis. Swimming also works out the whole body, so all the major muscle groups are targeted.
Jawline
Another male feature that attracts female attention is the jaw. Now, if you’ve got a weak jawline, you’ve got two options. You can either hide it with facial hair. If you can’t grow a good enough beard, then you’re going to have to develop your jawline. Don’t worry. Your jaw has muscles and muscles can be toned.
Here’s a myth that needs to be busted before anything else; you may hear that chewing gum can help define your jawline. While it’ll strengthen the muscles that you use to chew and swallow, it’s not going to do much, if anything, to change the appearance of your jawline.
-
Chinups - Close your mouth and push out your lower jaw. Then lift up your lower lip. Hold the position for 10 to 15 seconds.
-
Vowel sounds - Open your mouth as wide as you can and make an ‘O’ sound, followed by an ‘E’ sound. Exaggerate these sounds as much as you can. Try not to show or touch your teeth when doing so.
As an aside, do not starve yourself. For one thing, working out puts a strain on your body and you need food both to fuel your exercise and to recover from it. For another, eating regularly while also exercising regularly will help you achieve a dad bod, which is having muscle with some pudginess.
What’s the benefit of having a dad bod? Plenty of Colombian women are taught from an early age to do household chores like cooking and they’re taught to take pride in that cooking. If you’ve got a dad bod, then you’re basically showing that you’ve got the discipline to work out while also being able to appreciate a hearty meal.
Not to mention that the lack of a six-pack shows a lack of vanity. Colombian women want a masculine man and vanity isn’t part of what they want. So work out. Shape yourself into what the women you’re attracted to want, and find yourself in a better position to find a happy relationship.
